John T. Arnold Associates, Inc.

Marlin K. Penner, a Wichita State University graduate, joined NAI John T. Arnold Associates, Inc. in 1973, and is the president and managing broker of the firm. His specialties include industrial sales/leasing, development land, site selection, office and investment real estate. An active member of the local CCIM chapter, Marlin strongly believes in the benefit of networking with other brokers to the benefit of his clients. His passion for mentoring young businessmen has led him to form small groups that meet to share business experience and principles. His efforts in economic development have enabled him to help several European firms to locate in Kansas and his efforts to recruit more international firms continue.
